AEMC Joins the Goodness Love Festival to Inspire Young Minds Through Science, Care, and Community Engagement
On August 15 and 16, AEMC participated in the Goodness Love Festival, a large-scale family charity event organized by The Little Sapling and co-hosted by the Pearl S. Buck Foundation Taiwan. The event combines education, family interaction, and social engagement, creating meaningful opportunities for children and families to learn, connect, and grow together.
Over the years, the Goodness Love Festival has welcomed more than 300 children from rural communities, underserved areas, and new immigrant families to participate free of charge in a three-day, two-night educational experience. Through science exploration, parent-child engagement, character development, and volunteer-led activities, the program broadens children's horizons while fostering a culture of care, inclusion, and social responsibility. Multicultural exchange and community engagement activities, the event promotes empathy, mutual understanding, and social inclusion.

Drawing on its expertise in specialty chemical materials, AEMC encouraged employees to actively participate in the event. Many colleagues volunteered their time and expertise, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to support children as they explored the fascinating world of science.
As a special event sponsor, AEMC created the "Young Chemistry Explorers" Science Challenge Zone, featuring three interactive stations: Material Identification Master, Chemical Product Detective, and Color Wizard. By transforming everyday chemistry concepts into engaging challenges and games, the activities introduced children to material properties and the practical applications of chemistry in daily life. Over the two-day event, more than 800 children and parents visited the experience zone, discovering the wonders of chemistry through hands-on learning and interactive activities.

AEMC also hosted a live science workshop, "DIY Weather Bottle," where employee volunteers served as instructors. From explaining fundamental scientific principles to guiding participants through hands-on experiments, the workshop enabled children and parents to observe crystal formation and experience scientific discovery firsthand. Through these interactive learning experiences, participants gained a deeper appreciation for the fascinating connections between chemistry, science, and technology.

AEMC remains committed to nurturing the next generation of scientific talent. In addition to providing scholarships for graduate students in chemistry and materials-related fields, as well as scholarship programs for children from new immigrant families, the Company actively supports a variety of educational and community initiatives. By bringing industry knowledge and real-world applications into schools and communities, AEMC seeks to inspire young learners, promote scientific literacy, and contribute to the development of the next generation of talent for Taiwan's semiconductor industry.
