AEMC Participates in the “2026 Trade Secret Registration and Intelligent Management Workshop & Expo hosted by the Allied Association for Science Park Industries”, Sharing “Trade Secret Intelligent Management” with Industry Partners.
At the promotion and invitation of the Allied Association for Science Park Industries, AEMC participated in the "2026 Trade Secret Registration and Intelligent Management Workshop & Expo" on April 16, 2026. Continuing the 2025 spirit of "From Guarding Innovation to Pursuing Innovation," AEMC was represented this year by Chief Legal Officer Song-Ming, Huang, who shared the following three main topics through a special workshop presentation.

Three Main Topics:
1.The Mindset for Establishing and Promoting a Trade Secret Registration System:
Support from senior leadership is the core key to driving the system. In 2021, AEMC absorbed the trade secret protection concepts and management experiences shared by leading customers in the semiconductor industry and our senior leadership, which subsequently facilitated AEMC's successful establishment of relevant management systems in 2022.
2. Specific Practices and Suggestions for Incentivizing Trade Secret Innovation:
With "Attention is all we need" as the core concept, we stimulate our colleagues' momentum for innovation by demonstrating how much we value them. Specific practices include regularly sharing an overview of the registration progress, thereby reflecting AEMC's high regard and continuous attention "to our colleagues and their R&D achievements," and driving autonomous innovation within the team.
3. Green Trade Secret Innovation and Management:
Taking "waste management" as the core of green trade secret innovation, we strengthen the circular utilization of chemical substances and incorporate the innovative results of green R&D into our trade secret protection system. This approach deepens AEMC's sustainable competitiveness and fulfills our commitment to environmental friendliness.

Two-Way Communication with Industry Partners to Co-create Management Value
Sharing the stage with benchmark enterprises from various sectors, we joined hands with industry partners to co-create technology protection through the exchange of experiences. AEMC will continue to uphold its commitment to innovation and sustainable development. Through this Expo, we aim to jointly promote the establishment and advancement of management systems alongside other enterprises, laying a more solid foundation for the industry's competitive advantage.
