AEMC Reports Dual Milestones: Recognized in '2026 Taiwan FINI 100 Companies' and August Revenue Reaches Record High of NT$480M

Advanced Echem Materials Company Limited (AEMC, TPEx: 4749) focuses on core technologies in the Synthesis, Purification, and Formulation of Specialty Chemical Materials. Committed to meeting semiconductor customers’ demands for yield enhancement and substantial capacity expansion, AEMC continues to expand its manufacturing footprint in Taiwan, establishing itself as a global leader in specialty materials dedicated to the semiconductor industry.

Coinciding with its participation in SEMICON Taiwan 2026, the Company announced robust operating results: August revenue reached NT$480 million, representing a 41.95% year-over-year increase and marking an all-time monthly record.
During the exhibition, the Taiwan Institute of Directors (TID) held the award ceremony for the "2026 Taiwan FINI 100 Companies." Jointly released by the Taiwan Institute of Directors and the Corporate Development Research Center (CDRC), this recognition utilizes an objective evaluation framework based on market capitalization, changes in foreign institutional ownership, fundamental profitability, and sustainable governance, reflecting Taiwan's industrial competitiveness from the perspective of global institutional investors.
Demonstrating outstanding performance across market dynamics, corporate fundamentals, sustainability, and growth in foreign shareholding, AEMC stood out among 2,283 TWSE Listed, OTC, and Emerging Stock Companies in Taiwan to be recognized as one of the top 100 enterprises most favored by foreign institutional investors. Chairman Vincent Chan and Corporate Spokesperson Sharen Lu represented the Company to receive the award.

During the foreign institutional investor forum held alongside the ceremony, global institutional investors encouraged Taiwanese companies to pursue sustained revenue growth and a high return on invested capital (ROIC), while underscoring that "the purpose of innovation is not merely to launch new products, but to continuously solve customer problems." This perspective resonates closely with AEMC's operational philosophy of fulfilling its missions and commitments.

Looking ahead, as AEMC continues to advance side by side with benchmark semiconductor customers in Taiwan, the Investor Relations (IR) team will actively strengthen two-way communication with global institutional investors. By deepening trust in the capital markets through integrity and driving robust growth momentum, the Company remains dedicated to evolving into an innovative, internationally competitive specialty materials enterprise, creating maximum value for customers, employees, and shareholders.
