TAOYUAN, TAIWAN – Advanced Echem Materials Company Ltd. (“AEMC”) participated in the 2026 Taoyuan Local Industry Expo on March 11–12, 2026. Co-hosted by the Taoyuan City Government and the TSMC Charity Foundation, the event aimed to foster stronger connections between local industries and young students, helping them gain earlier exposure to industry trends and future career opportunities. In support of this vision, AEMC launched its “Talent Cultivation Vision Train” initiative, featuring interactive games and career talks designed to guide students in exploring the diverse opportunities available within the semiconductor industry and to lay a solid foundation for future talent development.

To make chemical materials and semiconductor-related knowledge more accessible and engaging, AEMC introduced an interactive digital game titled “2056 Career Adventure Island” at its booth. The activity received an enthusiastic response, attracting more than 550 junior and senior high school students.
Through a series of fun and immersive challenges, students were encouraged to explore their personal traits and were provided with tailored career recommendations. By adopting an innovative and educational approach, AEMC transformed complex industrial concepts into a clear and relatable career roadmap, helping students recognize the vital role and promising future of chemistry- and materials-related professions within the semiconductor industry.
Career Talks Help Students Plan Early for Their Future in Semiconductors
In addition to the interactive game, AEMC organized a series of career talks for students in Taoyuan, offering deeper insights into the importance of chemistry and materials professionals in the semiconductor sector.
