AEMC Continues Its Commitment to the Taoyuan Tree Planting Festival, Advancing Low-Carbon Circular Action and a Sustainable Future

In support of urban greening and low-carbon sustainability, AEMC once again participated in the “115th Taoyuan City Tree Planting Festival,” organized by the Taoyuan City Government’s Department of Agriculture and held at Sankeng Ecological Park in Longtan District.AEMC joined Taoyuan Mayor Simon Chang, city government representatives, and corporate partners in planting trees, demonstrating a shared commitment to ecological conservation and the development of a greener city.The event was also attended by Chen Kuan Yi, Director of the Department of Agriculture; Hsia Jung Sheng, Director of the Hsinchu Branch of the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency; and Deng Yu Tsai, Longtan District Chief.



Building on its participation in the previous year, AEMC continues to leverage corporate influence to support sustainability initiatives. In addition to taking part in the tree planting activities, AEMC set up an on-site booth offering eco-friendly souvenirs to encourage the public to adopt low-carbon, resource circulation, and environmentally friendly practices in daily life. Through these tangible actions, AEMC aims to transform sustainability from a concept into an accessible and participatory lifestyle choice.This year’s event highlighted forest carbon sinks, ecological restoration, and the sustainable use of domestic timber, showcasing the outcomes of public private collaboration in driving low-carbon transition and circular resource utilization. AEMC believes that sustainability is not solely an environmental issue, but a core component of corporate responsibility and value creation. Long-term commitment and cross-sector collaboration are essential to building resilient and sustainable cities.
