AEMC Achieves Level A Certification for the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS)
AEMC received Level A certification for the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS), promoted by the Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs , on February 3, 2026. This demonstrates the company's high level of maturity in the institutionalized management and practical implementation of intellectual property.
To strengthen its industry leadership and properly protect its advanced technological achievements, AEMC has established an intellectual property management system that integrates operational goals and R&D resources, following the best practice principles provided by TIPS. Through institutionalized management, the company not only ensures operational freedom for key technologies but also strengthens its competitive advantage and regards intellectual property as an important foundation for supporting long-term growth and profitability. This certification focused on patent and trade secret management, fully reflecting the highly technology-intensive and process-dependent nature of the semiconductor specialty chemical materials industry.
AEMC stated that achieving Level A certification for TIPS is a significant milestone in the company's efforts to deepen intellectual property governance. Moving forward, the company will continue to use patents and trade secrets as its dual core to support the development of advanced semiconductor processes and enhance its competitiveness in the global semiconductor materials market.
