Succession Plan

  • Currently, our company has 9 directors, including 4 independent directors. Through their professional experience, capabilities, and involvement in executing internal control systems and relevant proposals, the directors provide valuable advice to the Board of Directors.
  • The senior management selects and evaluates middle-level executives based on excellent performance, positive attitudes, and potential, providing them with focused training.
  • By providing training required for various project roles, sharing management concepts through non-regularly scheduled meetings, and applying the OGSM performance evaluation system, the senior management ensures the smooth execution of the succession plan.
