Mr. Chan holds a Master's degree in International Business from National Taiwan University and has over two decades of experience in technology industry management, industrial research, and entrepreneurial investment. Presently, he serves as Chairman and CEO at AEMC, while holding a directorship at iCatch Technology and board supervisor roles at several publicly listed technology companies.

Mr. Hung is currently Chairman at Chang Wah Electromaterials, Corporate Director Representative and General Manager at Chang Wah Technology, Corporate Director Representative at JMC Electronics and How Weih Holding, Director at Suzhou Xingshengke Semiconductor Materials, Chengdu Xingsheng Semiconductor Materials, and Chengdu Xingsheng New Materials. He also serves as Chairman at Malaysian SH Electronics Sdn.Bhd., Director at SH Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., and Corporate Director Representative at Silver Connection Co., Ltd.

Mr. Kuo obtained a doctoral degree from the Department of Applied Chemistry at National Chiao Tung University (now known as National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University). Currently, he holds the positions of Director and General Manager at AEMC, along with serving as Director at AEMC Trading (Guangzhou). Director Guo possesses multiple patents associated with photoresist agents for TFT-LCD panel design and electronics applications.

Director Juang previously served as Chairman at several large conglomerates such as Innolux, GIS, and Advanced Optoelectronic Technology. He possesses extensive experience in operational management, corporate governance, and investment within the electronics industry. Currently, he continues to hold multiple positions as Chairman and Director at various companies.

Director Li graduated with a master's degree in Finance from the EMBA program at National Taiwan University. Currently, she serves as Chairperson at Kiwi Technology.

Mr. Huang graduated from the National Taiwan Normal University’s Department of Technology Application and Human Resource Development with a doctoral degree. He held positions such as Director-General at MOEA’s Bureau of Industrial Parks (formerly known as the Export Processing Zone Administration), and Deputy Director-General at MOEA’s Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration (formerly known as the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration), accumulating rich experience in guiding the electronics industry. Apart from serving as an Independent Director at AEMC, he concurrently holds the position of Chairman at the Remuneration Committee.

Dr. Chuang is currently a research fellow at National Taiwan University’s Research and Development Center for Medical Devices. He graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle, US, with a doctoral degree in Business Administration. Dr. Chuang possesses extensive research experience in enterprise internationalization management, international cooperation, joint ventures, and multinational corporate organization and coordination. He has contributed significantly to cultivating numerous management talents in Taiwan’s industry.

Ms. Wang graduated from the Business Administration program at the University of Maryland in the US. She currently holds the position of Managing Director at DBS Bank and has held senior vice president roles at Standard Chartered Bank and vice president roles at Citibank, accumulating rich industry experience in the financial domain. Apart from serving as an independent director at our company, she concurrently serves as Chairperson of the Audit Committee, while holding the position of Independent Director at ShinyBrands.

Mr. Chang holds a Master's degree from Hawaii Pacific University. He currently serves as Director at the Earth Education Foundation. Previously, he held various roles including researcher at Grand Cathay Securities, Assistant Manager at Barits International Securities’ Research Department, Executive Director at Barits International Securities (HK), Assistant Manager at Mega Securities' Research Department, Business Deputy Manager at Ta Chong Securities, and Director at Globe Industries Corporation.
