AEMC officially joined the “TALENT, in Taiwan Taiwan Talent Sustainability Action Alliance” in 2025, establishing a new benchmark for talent sustainability in the chemical materials industry.
AEMC officially announced its participation in the "TALENT, in Taiwan, Taiwan Talent Sustainability Action Alliance" in 2025. Together with over 500 leading Taiwanese enterprises, it will advance people-centered sustainable talent development strategies, striving to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace environment. By fully implementing DEI principles, it aims to foster a supportive workplace, injecting long-term resilience and competitiveness into Taiwan's chemical materials and semiconductor supply chains. Xinyi Materials has long focused on independent R&D of specialty chemical materials required for advanced semiconductor processes. Beyond deepening its technological expertise, the company actively fulfills its corporate social responsibilities. By joining this alliance, the company continues to advance DEI through six key indicators this year: “Meaning and Value,” “Diversity and Inclusion,” “Rewards and Incentives,” “Well-being and Health,” “Development and Growth,” and “Communication and Experience.” This demonstrates its commitment to sustainable talent strategies.
