AEMC enthusiastically supports TSMC Foundation's vocational training initiative, helping young students explore their career futures.

Advanced Echem Materials Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “AEMC”) participated in the “Taoyuan Local Industry Expo” jointly organized by the TSMC Charity Foundation and the Taoyuan City Government on Thursday, March 13, 2025, and set up a dedicated booth. The event was grandly held at the Taoyuan Municipal Comprehensive Sports Center (Taoyuan Dome), featuring over 45 local companies and attracting nearly 6,000 high school students and members of the public.

This expo aimed to create opportunities for high school and vocational students in Taoyuan City to interact with businesses, assisting them in exploring future career paths. Activities included celebrity lectures, job matching zones, industry trend presentations, student club performances, and diverse employment support areas, enabling participants to gain in-depth insights into the current status and future development of major industries and enterprises.

As a company dedicated to the development and application of semiconductor and electronic specialty chemical materials, AEMC deeply understands the importance of young talent to industrial development. Therefore, AEMC actively participated in this expo, setting up a dedicated zone to provide career planning and face-to-face interaction opportunities for high school and vocational students. We introduced students to the company overview, future development directions, and career opportunities within the semiconductor materials field. Interactive activities further helped students gain deeper insights into the characteristics of this industry. Over 400 students visited the booth that day to complete questionnaires and learn about AEMC, making it one of the most popular booths at the event! Moving forward, AEMC will continue to actively participate in recruitment events and opportunities. Through more inspiring and practical activities, we aim to provide the younger generation with broader development platforms, empowering them to shine in their future careers while injecting more hope and momentum into Taiwan's future.
